What We Do

A bathroom that earns
the word luxury

The bathroom is where your day begins and ends. It's the one room in your home that should make you feel completely at ease — and far too often, it doesn't. Whether it's dated tile, a cramped shower, poor storage, or a layout that just doesn't work, we fix all of it.

We work on every type of bathroom — powder rooms to full master suites — and handle the complete scope: design, demo, waterproofing, tile, plumbing, electrical, vanity, fixtures, and the final polish. Nothing gets handed off to someone else.

  • Full design consultation — layout, materials, and fixture selection
  • Licensed waterproofing on all wet areas — no shortcuts
  • Plumbing rough-in and fixture trim fully in-house
  • Heated floor installation available on all projects
  • 2-year workmanship warranty on every bathroom we build

Scope of Work

Every element,
one contractor

We manage every trade from start to finish — you won't spend a single minute coordinating between separate subcontractors.

Vanity & Cabinetry

Floating, freestanding, or built-in — single or double sink vanities in any finish, with custom storage solutions tailored to your bathroom size.

Shower & Wet Room

Walk-in showers, wet rooms, steam enclosures, and custom frameless glass — built on a fully waterproofed substrate with precision drain placement.

Bathtub Installation

Freestanding soaking tubs, alcove tubs, drop-in, and clawfoot — installed with all necessary plumbing, surround tile, and deck work.

Tile & Stonework

Floor tile, shower walls, feature panels, and niche work — measured, cut, and set by our in-house tile craftsmen with perfect grout lines every time.

Plumbing & Fixtures

Supply lines, drain rough-in, fixture trim, faucets, showerheads, thermostatic valves, and all associated plumbing work — done by licensed plumbers.

Lighting & Electrical

Vanity lighting, recessed cans, LED backlit mirrors, under-vanity night lights, and dimmer switches — all to code and permitted correctly.

Heated Flooring

Electric radiant heat mats installed beneath any tile floor — a surprisingly affordable luxury that makes every cold morning noticeably better.

Ventilation & Exhaust

Properly sized exhaust fan installation, humidity sensors, and fresh-air ducting — critical in any bathroom renovation to prevent mould and moisture damage.

Bathroom Types

We work on every
type of bathroom

From a two-hour powder room refresh to a full master suite gut renovation — the scope changes, the standard never does.

Master bathroom renovation
Most Requested

Master Bathroom

Full gut renovation of your primary suite bathroom — usually 80–120 sq ft. Freestanding tubs, double vanities, oversized walk-in showers, heated floors, and spa-quality finishes. This is where the investment pays off most visibly in daily life and in resale value.

Guest bathroom renovation
High ROI

Guest & Family Bathroom

Shared bathrooms used daily by the whole household. We focus on durable, easy-clean surfaces, efficient storage, and a layout that works for multiple users at once. Typically 45–75 sq ft and completed in 2–3 weeks.

Powder room renovation
Best for Impact

Powder Room

Half-baths are often the most-seen room by guests, and they deserve to make a statement. In 30–60 sq ft we work with bold tile choices, vessel sinks, bespoke vanities, and dramatic lighting. Often completed in under 2 weeks.

Ensuite bathroom renovation
Growing in Demand

Ensuite & Jack-and-Jill

Connected bathrooms shared between bedrooms — common in growing families and multi-generational homes. We optimise for privacy, separate storage zones, and dual-access functionality without sacrificing style.

How It Works

Six steps to your
finished bathroom

Every bathroom renovation follows the same proven sequence — built to avoid the delays, rework, and surprises that less disciplined contractors create.

01

Free Consultation

We visit your home, walk the space, and listen to how you use your bathroom and what frustrates you most about it. No obligation, no hard sell.

02

Design & Estimate

We produce a layout plan and a fully itemised written quote with every cost broken down. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before signing.

03

Material Selection

Our design consultant guides you through tile, fixtures, vanity, mirror, hardware, and accessories — keeping your style and budget in frame the whole time.

04

Demo & Waterproofing

Careful demolition followed immediately by thorough waterproofing of all wet areas. This is the most critical step and the one most often skipped by cheaper contractors.

05

Tile, Plumbing & Fit-Out

Tile is set, fixtures are installed, vanity is built in, lighting is wired, and all plumbing is connected and tested — in the correct sequence by the right trades.

06

Finishing & Handover

Grout sealed, mirrors hung, accessories fitted, and every surface cleaned. We walk through every detail with you. Nothing gets signed off until you're completely satisfied.

Materials & Finishes

Surfaces that look
better for longer

Bathroom materials take a beating from heat, moisture, and daily use. We only specify materials proven to hold up — and to hold their beauty.

Common Questions

Bathroom renovation
questions, answered

Bathroom renovations involve more trades and tighter tolerances than almost any other room in the house. Waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, and tile all have to work together — which is why choosing the right contractor matters so much.

Powder rooms typically run 1–2 weeks. Guest and family bathrooms average 2–3 weeks. Full master suite renovations with custom tile and spa features run 3–5 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in your written quote — and we stick to it.
Not the one being renovated — it will be fully out of commission. If you only have one bathroom, let us know upfront. We can schedule the project in phases in some cases, or at minimum compress the schedule so the most critical fixtures are back online quickly. Most clients use a neighbour's or gym facilities during the build.
Failed waterproofing is the number-one cause of bathroom problems — mould, rot, structural damage — that don't show up for years. We use a multi-layer membrane system on all wet areas (shower floors, walls, and curbs) and photograph every layer before tile goes on. We never skip or rush this step, because the tile is what you see but the waterproofing is what makes it last.
Yes — moving a toilet, shower drain, or sink is all entirely possible and something we do regularly. The cost depends on how far things need to move and what's under your floor. In most cases it's a few thousand dollars added to the project, and it's often well worth it for a layout that actually works for you. We'll assess this during the consultation.
It depends on how you use your tub. Freestanding tubs look stunning and are genuinely comfortable for soaking. The trade-offs: cleaning around the base takes more effort, and they require a floor-mount filler which costs more. If you regularly take baths, they're absolutely worth it. If the tub mostly sits unused, we may recommend a large walk-in shower instead and free up floor space.
We typically book 5–8 weeks out. Some tile and vanity items have lead times of 3–6 weeks, so the sooner you reach out the better — especially if you have a specific completion deadline in mind. Contact us now even if you're still in the early thinking stage; we're happy to help you plan before you're ready to commit.

Project manager Fernando did a great job assessing my project. My project was complicated and some companies refused to do the work, but Fernando and his team were able to fix structural issues I had on my upstairs floorboards and they were able to fix crooked joists inside my floors. Lead worker Angel also finished off the job by doing a nice tile job on my floors. The price was fair and they finished the job on time.

Mark provided us with the service we expect from a contractor. We had him lead all of the hard parts of our remodel. There were no surprises or changes to his bid that weren't caused by us. For the most part, his subs were quick and responsive, and listened to direction well. When of one of his subs did not perform to our expectations, he made sure that we were satisfied by first trying to get the sub to fix things, then getting an alternate sub to complete the job to our satisfaction. We hope he is available for our next project after we save some $ for it!
